I have not had to use Cinch yet as I just got it. Cinch was recommended by my mortgage company and I've heard good things about them so I'm hoping they will be better than my previous service. One time though, we had a washer and dryer delivered. I needed to know if they covered the hardware that goes to the wall for the plumbing to the washer. It was like, “Credit card number for your deductible.” I was like, “I need to just ask a question.” Other than that, it was perfectly fine. The contractor that was in their group is a well-known contractor around here and they did a great job.
A lot of times, if something about the contractor has taken a little while, they'll get back and say, "We just wanna make sure everything's okay." They always follow up. If they don't have the report that it's done, they'll always follow up. Everybody that we've gotten has been really good.
